City considers free transit for vulnerable Edmonton youth

Globalnews.ca: "City staff say they’ve worked closely with several youth-serving organizations over the past few months on the Vulnerable Youth in Transit Project.

According to a proposal, which will be discussed at a Community Services meeting on Monday, Edmonton Transit is committed to providing 100 transit passes to vulnerable youth for the months of October 2015 to March 2016."
